Since before he graduated from UC Santa Barbara Franck Morineau had been working in the Commercial Real Estate field. His path would take him through an internship at Century 21 in Santa Barbara while completing his Bachelor in Economics, followed by a two-year apprenticeship at Cushman & Wakefield in Century City, four years at Charles Dunn Company, and nine years as VP of in-house Leasing at Realtech Los Angeles.

He founded WilshireWest in 1999 and has been working as an in independent broker since then. Franck Morineau is passionate about his work, and the art of crafting deals. Blessed with impeccable references most of his business is generated from referrals.

French/US dual national and fluent in both languages, he has guided many French companies and startups in Los Angeles.

Normand on his mother side and Italian on his father's, he admittedly cannot articulate three words in Italian but can still make a mean spaghetti sauce in his Studio City home. He loves spending his leisure time cooking, hiking and skiing.
