Myriam brings more than twenty years of experience in Executive Search, with focus on recruiting talent across different cultures: She recruited executives for French companies in Argentina for several years, before relocating to the US. There, she co-founded a boutique firm, DSML Executive Search, that specializes in assisting European (mainly French) and Canadian companies finding the talent they need for their US operations.

Myriam has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients (large companies, small/medium size businesses and start-ups) and in a variety of industries such as Manufacturing, Capital Equipment, Tech, Medical Devices and Consumer Goods.

Prior to her recruitment career, Myriam worked for a decade in Marketing (BtoC and BtoB). Originally from Paris, she now calls Chicago home and is active in the French American business community through her volunteering activities at the French-American Chamber of Commerce and as a Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur.
